What is a Group?

Any party of 15 or more people.

What are your Group Rates?

Group Rates include our dinner, the show tax and gratuity (NOTE: $30 Thurs Eve, Lighten Up Lunch & Small Plate Night the gratuity IS NOT included.)

What about deposits?

When making your groups reservation, you will have 30 days to send us a deposit of $5 per person.  The deposit is fully refundable up until 6 weeks prior to the performance.

When is the balance due?

The balance is not due until the day of the show and must be paid with a single check.  To qualify as a group, you must pay as a group.  There will be a $20 charge for any returned checks.

What if someone can’t make it on the day of the show?

We do not ask your group for a final count until 2 weeks prior to the date of your reservation.  Therefore, we allow your group up to 5 no-shows on the day of the performance.  Anything more than 5 people you would be responsible for and anything less than 5 people we would refund you for.

I’ve worked hard to fill my coach, do I get a free ticket?

Yes! We reward a group leader’s hard work with a free ticket for every 25 paying customers.  Your bus driver is also welcomed as our guest.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

We have the most lenient cancellation policy around.  If your group decides to revolt on the day of the show, your bus breaks down or you get snowed in you can call to cancel your reservation up until the day of the show.

What happens to my deposit if we cancel?

If you cancel 6 weeks prior to your reservation date, you will be refunded.  If you cancel anytime after that your deposit will not be refunded – however you may use that amount as a credit to a future date.  The exception to this rule is our Winter Policy.  If winter weather prevents your bus from leaving, we will refund your deposit.

Anything else I need to know?

We built our theater for groups. Motor coaches pull right up to the front door where they are greeted by our owners, David and Cindy DiSavino. Our ladies room was built with ladies in mind (no more waiting in line!). There are no steps in our theater, and with our tiered seating and perfect sight lines, your group will be thanking you for taking them to Paradise and Rainbow’s Comedy Playhouse!
